Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting this website or booking a service with Awadh Pest Control Services ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial pest control in Lucknow and nearby areas, including cockroach, termite, rodent, ant, mosquito, bed bug, spider, lizard and wood borer treatments. The treatment method, chemicals and number of visits are recommended after inspection and may vary by property and pest.

3. Bookings and enquiries

Enquiries made through the website, phone or WhatsApp are requests for service, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed once we agree the date, address and price with you.

4. Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details and a safe, accessible address.
Follow the preparation and aftercare instructions given by our technicians (for example, covering food, moving pets and keeping children away).
Inform us in advance about allergies, pregnancy, infants, elderly members or pets.

5. Pricing and payment

Charges are quoted before the treatment starts and depend on property size, pest and treatment type. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or on completion.

6. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be charged a visit fee.

7. Service warranty

Where a warranty or follow-up visit is offered, its duration and conditions are shared at the time of booking. Warranty does not cover re-infestation caused by structural changes, neglect of aftercare instructions or third-party treatments.

8. Limitation of liability

Pest control cannot guarantee permanent elimination of all pests. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for it.

9. Website content

Content on this website is for general information and may be updated at any time. You may not copy or reuse our text, images or logo without permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
